Linnea Bailey, Ph.D., Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Bailey is a licensed psychologist who specializes in wellness and self-empowerment.  She views her work with others from a holistic perspective in which connection of mind, body and spirit and the individual's relationship to others and the world is recognized.  Strengths, not just weaknesses are actively explored in session, as clients are encouraged to draw upon their inner resources with her guidance and support.  In addition to a holistic perspective, Dr. Bailey incorporate cognitive-behavioral and family systems therapy.  When therapeutically appropriate she also conducts regression therapy and other forms of hypnosis.

Elaine Boltz, BA

Elaine Boltz is an Account Executive for Employee Assistance Services at LMA.  Holding a B.A. degree in Psychology from Lebanon Valley College, Ms. Boltz is a certified Critical Incident Stress Debriefer.  Ms. Boltz focuses on EAP behavioral consulting, critical incident response and provides LMA enhanced services (eldercare, childcare and pre-retirement planning).   With extensive training in the positive power of humor, Ms. Boltz provides trainings on the use of humor for stress reduction and humor in the workplace.  A Certified Laughter Leader (CLL) through the World Laughter Tour, Elaine facilitates Laughter Clubs where therapeutic laughter is used for health and wellness.

Beth Mansfield-Griswold, Ph.D.

Beth Mansfield-Griswold is a psychologist who has firsthand knowledge of balancing parenthood and work.  A mother of three children, Dr. Mansfield-Griswold works at LMA Consulting Group and teaches at the college level.  She does consulting, presentations, teaching, crisis intervention, and counseling about wellness, stress management, career and psychological issues.

Kathryn Maz, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist
Kathryn R. Maz is a licensed psychologist with twenty years of experience and is a member of APA.  She has a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.  She sees a general population of clients, including those with depression, anxiety and relationship difficulties and evaluations for  surgery.  Dr. Maz specializes in addictions and stress and anger management.  She also works with parents of children and attachment difficulties.  She sees clients in our Greenfield and Willow Valley offices.

Kenneth Ruffner, M.S., Licensed Psychologist
Mr. Ruffner is a licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania.  His clinical experience includes crisis intervention, inpatient and partial day treatment in a psychiatric treatment setting.  Mr. Ruffner specializes in treating depression and anxiety.  He has over twenty-five years of experience.  He has been trained to conduct critical incident stress debriefings, and is a member of LMA's CISD team.  He does presentations on CISD, resilience, stress, depression and suicide, and is also experienced in assessing drug & alcohol problems.

Ms. Socolow is Manager of Employee Assistance Services at LMA.  Ms. Socolow holds a Master's Degree in Human Services, is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and Certified Critical Incident Stress Debriefer. Ms. Socolow has 27 years experience in human servicesHer work at LMA involves EAP consulting with business owners and managers to help employees get help, critical incident response, and wellness training programs.  She teaches a weekly meditation class at LMA.
