Changing Self-Defeating Patterns
How many times have you set a goal, then one thing goes wrong and you give up on the whole idea?  Sometimes it can be something you have little control over;  at other times you "just might not feel like doing it" one day... then never really do get back on track.

Goal Setting:  Overcoming Resistance to Effect Change
In this workshop, you'll discover how to set goals and overcome resistance to achieving these goals by breaking old habits and routines, learning self-hypnosis to effect change and finding ways to sustain your goals in the long run.

LMA Laughter Club
The LMA Laughter Club is a place where you can experience the joy of laughing in a relaxed, upbeat atmosphere.  Pure laughter, without the use of jokes or comedy, is used to provide light exercise for mental and physical flexibility, improved mood, reduced stress and an attitude boost.  You will learn simple practices that you can use to feel good and have a better outlook on life.  Laughter Clubs can be enjoyed by people of all age groups with virtually any level of physical or mental ability.

Weight Management

Nearly 65% of adults in the US are overweight or obese. Obesity is a greater trigger for health problems and health care expenses than smoking. Overweight and obesity occur when an individual consumes more calories than she or he burns. Many people can control weight through awareness of nutrition and support in changing behaviors associated with overeating. This workshop will provide information on nutrition and health, and suggestions for reducing weight.
