| Weight Management
Nearly 65% of adults in the US are overweight or obese. Obesity is a
greater trigger for health problems and health care expenses than smoking.

than she or he burns. Many people can control weight through awareness of
nutrition and support in changing behaviors associated with overeating.
This workshop will provide information on nutrition and health, and
suggestions for reducing weight. |
