In this workshop, you'll discover how to set goals and overcome resistance to achieve these goals by breaking old habits and routines, learning self-hypnosis to effect change and find ways to sustain your goals in the long run.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Define personal health and wellness
  • Set and obtain realistic goals
  • Learn how to overcome resistance by developing new habits and routines
  • Develop a personal health and wellness plan
  • Sustain changes, including learning self-hypnosis to effect change and overcome resistance
