when dealing with difficult situations, we must be able to manage our
anger. As leaders and employees we need to learn and recognize what
makes us angry (our signals), how we respond to anger and how using good
communication techniques we can work through the anger to resolve
conflict.
This program will help you to:
- Discuss how to break the anger cycle.
- Determine what are some of your signals
and triggers.
- Provide ways to help you deal with your
anger.
- Provide anger management tips.
