Changing Self-Defeating Patterns: Kenneth Ruffner
How many times have you set a goal, then
one thing goes wrong and you give up on the whole idea?
Sometimes it can be something you have very little control over;
at other times you "just might not feel like doing it" one day... then
never really do get back on track.
In this workshop, participants will learn
to:
- Recognize their pattern of negative,
self-defeating thinking
- Challenge that thinking and adopt a
new, more realistic way of looking at things
- Realize that sometimes by doing
something without really feeling like it can lead to a dramatic
shift in behavioral patterns.
