LMA suggests the following procedure when calling in a critical incident: When an incident occurs, please call 800-327-7770 ASAP. Do NOT email - this may delay the response. The caller should let the operator know a critical incident has just occurred. You will be connected to someone on the EAP Crisis Response Team (CRT).
